What's Inside Erick Sims decided to pursue nursing at HCC after he took the certified nursing assistant (CNA) theory and clinical course. Using the skills he learned from our CNA course, he was able to secure a job working with R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Erick plans to transfer to UMD and credits HCC's instructors for giving him the hands-on experience he needed.
