Learn how to make multiple flowers, leaves, bows, and more out of fondant and gum paste. Paint and accent flowers, cover a cake with buttercream icing and fondant, assemble dried flowers onto your cake and finish your cake with buttercream skills learned in the Fun With Frosting class. You will need to provide an un-iced cake layer on the fourth day of class. A supply list will be sent to each student before the class begins. Some supplies will include items used in the Fun With Frosting class. Please note that frosting and fondant products made with nuts may be used. Students with food allergies must provide their own special ingredients if needed.
