at Laurel College Center
For Angelina, Laurel College Center
offered a more convenient option to take
classes toward her associate degree closer
to home, as well as opportunity to gain
practical work experience working in the
college business office.
She graduated in spring 2019 with an
associate degree in psychology, and
enrolled at University of Maryland at
College Park with her sights set on earning
a bachelor's degree.
"My community college experience
definitely prepared me well," said Angelina.
"The courses I took at Laurel College Center
gave me a good foundation, so that I could
come here and do well."
