PLACEMENT TESTING & REGISTRATION Summer I 2020 May 5 Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm May 8 Friday 11am-12pm May 11 Monday 10am-11am May 12 Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm Students may register for Summer II classes during Summer I Registration sessions. Summer II 2020 June 24 Wednesday 10am-11am June 25 Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm June 29 Monday 10am-11am June 30 Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm SUMMER I: May 18–June 18 (day classes) May 19–July 2 (night classes) NO CLASSES: May 25(Mon) Memorial Day SUMMER II: July 6–August 6 (day classes) July 7–August 20 (night classes) GENERAL INFORMATION: • A placement test is required for all new students. Testing is NOT required for returning students in most situations. • Placement tests are given, during the times on the chart below, in Room 200 of the Hickory Ridge Building on Howard Community College's campus. No appointment is necessary. Children are not allowed in testing rooms. • Students must be 16 or older to register. • To register for an online class, please email elc@howardcc.edu. • All students pay the listed prices. Fees are not eligible for waiver. • Only ages 60+ are eligible for tuition waiver. BRING TO REGISTRATION: • Payment for classes (credit card, cash or check) • Advising sheet from previous semester (for returning students only) REFUND POLICY Refund request must be made in person in the ELC office (Room HR-200). My experience here is something I will remember forever. e ELC offers excellent education, and I also made friends from different cultures.
