Learn linear coding in LEGO's Scratch based programming Boost app. Students will learn coding in multiple applications: building humanoid robots, automated vehicles, creating art and music, and manufacturing avenues. Learn the basics in coding doing the Vernie Robot build in groups by receiving challenges in coding movements and behaviors. e students then choose from seven other designs to move forward in their programming challenges. Each day begins with inspirational profiles of young inventors, such as the 11-year-old who coded a robot to find victims of natural disasters. Next, research a problem to tackle in medicine, architecture, or a topic of your choosing. Once your vision is complete, learn how to dra 2-D designs, create 3-D models, and develop a website to pitch your ideas to the class.
