Java is an object-oriented computer programming language that has been among the most popular languages for a variety of online applications and mobile devices for decades. is course introduces the Java programming language using an objects-first approach. Using programming design tools such as variables, methods, control structures, and classes, you will learn to create simple applications such as a financial calculator and a card game simulator. The three-month hybrid program is designed to prepare competent entry- level medical assistants in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains. This program concentrates on helping you acquire knowledge and develop skills in performing laboratory, clinical, and medical office procedures in a physician's office or ambulatory care clinic. This course includes an online component as well as mandatory skills/lab sessions, and an extensive practical internship.
