SERVICES 129 TRANSCRIPTS AND FINAL GRADES Your transcript is a complete academic record of all credit classes, credits, grades and quality points earned at HCC. Your transcript also includes transfer classes and credits from other institutions once the Office of Admissions and Advising has made the required evaluation. Transcripts will not be released if you have a financial hold on your student account. You may request a transcript and view your final grades by logging into myHCC. Visit howardcc.edu/ hcctranscript for more information. ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS Students are sometimes required to provide semester enrollment verifications to health insurers, employers, or other companies that require proof of enrollment. Enrollment verifications are available online. Instructions at howardcc.edu/ enrollverify. REGISTRATION Registration, including adds, drops and withdrawal from classes is done through myHCC. This service is available between 7 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Visit RRVA if you require help with registration. Classes may only be added up until midnight of the first day of the class online, then all other class adds must be done in person. You may continue to drop and withdraw from classes through myHCC until the deadlines listed in myHCC. If you drop, withdrawal, or are reported as never attended, you may no longer attend that course. SERVICES FOR VETERANS, MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS & DEPENDENTS HCC had dedicated staff to assist with the educational, career and personal advancement of active and reservists duty service members, veterans, and their dependents. Veterans Affairs, Tuition Assistance, and Maryland National Guard Tuition Waiver services are administered by certifying officials in RRVA. Certifying officials assist with the processes necessary to activate and maintain benefits; arrange participation in HCC's Veteran's Deferred Payment Plan and tutorial services; and facilitate access to other college services, such as financial aid and scholarship and disability support services.
