THIS SPRING IN ADULT BASIC SKILLS AT HCC High School Diploma Programs are available for adults 18 years of age and older. You have the option of two different paths to earn a Maryland high school diploma – GED ® test preparation or the National External Diploma Program, a competency-based program. WHAT'S NEW New summer schedule options provide more opportunities to learn and increased flexibility. Summer I classes will run May 21 through June 28, 2018; Summer II classes will run July 16 through August 23, 2018. Not long after enrolling in a degree program at HCC, Selenea realized that she needed a math refresher. She has made the dean's list every semester and will graduate this spring.
