THIS SPRING IN ADULT BASIC SKILLS AT HCC High School Diploma Programs are available for adults 18 years of age and older. You have the option of two different paths to earn a Maryland high school diploma – GED ® test preparation or the National External Diploma Program, a competency-based program. WHAT'S NEW New summer schedule options provide more opportunities to learn and increased flexibility. Summer I classes will run May 21 through June 28, 2018; Summer II classes will run July 16 through August 23, 2018. You can gain the knowledge in theory and practice skills to work as an ophthalmic technician, certified nursing assistant, patient care technician, and more. Selenea Gibson is planning to pursue a career in architecture in hopes of working alongside her uncle who builds houses for hurricane survivors. Not long after enrolling in a degree program at HCC, Selenea realized that she needed a math refresher. She has made the dean's list every semester and will graduate this spring.
