At Cashier's Office, located in RCF 213. You can pay with cash, U.S. check, money order, credit or
debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), or wire transfer.
Enroll in payment plan using your myHCC account at http://myhcc.howardcc.edu. You can pay
with American bank account or credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or
Discover).
Cancel before class begins: 100% refund
Cancel first week of class: 100% refund of tuition (no refund of fees)
Cancel second week of class: 50% refund of tuition (no refund of fees)
Cancel third week of class or later: NO REFUND
First week of class: class level may change based on assessment and teacher recommendation
After first week of class: no class changes
To move to next level in next semester: grade must be 80%+ for pronunciation, speaking, and
writing or 70%+ for all other classes
Spring Break: April 10-16
