Students interested in the Certified Associate Project Management CAPM® exam may also take this class. You will also learn about managing the project budget, cost estimating and forecasting, cost applications, and earned value analysis. Discuss the project manager's role in creating, motivating, and managing a suc- cessful team. Examine group decision-making and problem- solving models, project risk definitions/planning, procedures for managing project contracts and procurement, and quality assurance will also be covered.
